Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates
- Provide guidance throughout the application process
- Report on recruitment activities and program metrics
- Liaise with educational institutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify hiring needs and strategies
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High flexibility and adaptability to various situations
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, Microsoft Office, or applicant tracking systems
- English proficiency at a B2+ level
