Junior Cloud Support Engineer Description
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Cloud Support Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team.
The ideal candidate will be involved in supporting and maintaining our Azure cloud-based production systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Azure cloud-based production systems to ensure optimal performance
- Automate processes and manage deployments using Azure DevOps, ARM Templates, and Terraform
- Set up and manage build pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps/ADF in production environments
- Implement CI/CD practices using Jenkins and maintain virtualization and infrastructure as code
- Manage source code and build branching strategies using GIT (BitBucket, GitHub, GitLab)
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and ensure system reliability and recoverability
- Ensure client-facing applications meet service availability requirements
- Execute technical operations including monitoring, automation, network, cloud, and security
- Engage in release management and reliability engineering processes
- Provide on-call support on weekends as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in cloud support or a related field
- Background in Azure cloud services including Azure DevOps, Virtual Machines, and Active Directory
- Proficiency in API Management, Content Delivery Network, and monitoring tools
- Understanding of infrastructure as code using ARM templates or Terraform
- Familiarity with PowerShell script execution
- Experience with setting up build pipelines and release automation in a Jenkins or Azure DevOps environment
- Skills in source code management and build branching strategy using GIT
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a 24*5 profile with weekend on-call support
