We are in search of a seasoned Lead Manual Tester to oversee the testing protocols for projects within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data Cloud realms.
The preferred candidate will have robust English communication abilities and should thrive in a multi-vendor setup.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the QA team and devise testing plans for applications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud
- Work jointly with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and external stakeholders to uphold quality benchmarks
- Develop, implement, and refine test plans, test cases, and test scripts across different testing stages (functional, regression, performance)
- Track defects from identification to retesting and resolution, ensuring prompt attention to issues
- Regularly evaluate and refine testing procedures and methodologies for greater efficiency
- Offer training and guidance to junior members of the QA team
Requirements
- 5+ years in QA testing primarily focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Data Cloud
- Proficiency in source to target data mappings
- In-depth comprehension of QA practices, tools, and techniques
- Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with acute attention to detail
- Strong command over English in both written and verbal communication
- Capability to efficiently collaborate in a multi-vendor setting
