Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant Ukraine or Remote

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to suit client needs and business processes
• Enhance existing CRM configurations for improved performance
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and manage expectations
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on CRM functionalities
• Perform impact analysis and identify changes to business processes
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage CRM-related projects from inception to delivery
• Conduct testing and validate system functionality
• Support the implementation of Agile practices within the team
• Assist in the development of business analysis documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Provide guidance on best practices for CRM strategy
• Work independently and collaboratively within teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Consultant in the IT or Insurance industry
• Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and familiarity with out-of-the-box functionality
• Knowledge of MS Power Apps and Power Automate, including application lifecycle management
• Background in agile practices and proven ability to work within agile teams or independently
• Understanding of application programming, QA, database systems, and system design
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in managing customer expectations, performing impact analysis, and handling critical issues
• Analytical mindset with a bias toward action and ability to manage ambiguity in dynamic environments
• Advanced level of spoken English (B2+)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Virtual Agents (AI ChatBots), Power Portals, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Familiarity with additional ERP/CRM systems beyond Microsoft
• Qualifications in Data Science
• Ability to operate in a startup environment
