We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with Azure expertise to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud providers, debugging cloud-deployed applications, configuring cloud metrics, Linux administration, Docker, Kubernetes, and programming. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a talented team of engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure using Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of cloud-deployed applications
  • Work on debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud-based services and applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
  • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and share knowledge within the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet project deadlines

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and experience with cloud providers such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Skilled in debugging for cloud-deployed applications and configuring cloud metrics for app uptime checks
  • Basic experience in Linux administration, including log debugging and file system maintenance
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze the source code of applications and understand their business logic
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft IOT Edge Hub
  • Knowledge of MQTT brokers and their functions
  • Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases
  • Strong programming skills with expertise in Go language, Python, and knowledge of CI/CD processes
  • Experience with Ansible, and Terraform
