We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Ariba to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to both client/business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support of Ariba projects.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client/business stakeholders and development teams
- Facilitate requirements elicitation, propose functional solutions, and support acceptance testing
- Collaborate with development stakeholders for requirements feasibility discussion, ambiguity resolution, and test scenario review
- Document software system requirements with E2E traceability and use project/change management tools for feature/epic description, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Configure Ariba modules and work on configurations if required
- Collect requirements from business teams and document them in Azure DevOps or Jira
- Engage in Ariba integrations with ECC or S/4 Hana
- Interact with business teams, development teams, and cross-functional teams
- Work with technical stacks of the project, including DB & backend services, ETL processes, API & Web Services, Batch Jobs, Notifications, and Subscriptions, Message Queues (nice-to-have)
- Contribute to software development and/or testing (nice-to-have)
Requirements
- 9-15 years of experience in Business and Data Analysis
- Proven experience in SDLC projects as a liaison between development and business partners
- Direct engagement with client/business stakeholders for requirements elicitation, proposing feasible functional solutions, acceptance testing support, and conflict resolution
- Direct collaboration with development stakeholders for requirements feasibility discussion, ambiguity resolution, test scenario review, and conflict handling
- Proficiency in documenting software system requirements, requirements management with E2E traceability, and using project/change management tools like Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, or ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, Scrum Ban, or SAFe
- Experience with Ariba upstream modules like Sourcing and Contracts or Downstream modules like Buying and Invoicing
- Hands-on experience in Ariba projects including implementation, upgrade, rollout, support, or testing
- Ability to collect and document business requirements using Azure DevOps or Jira
- Experience in Ariba integrations with ECC or S/4 Hana
- B2+ English level

- Exposure to technical stacks of the project, including DB & backend services, ETL processes, API & Web Services, Batch Jobs, Notifications, and Subscriptions, Message Queues
- Experience in leading domains like BFSI, Insurance, Payments, Healthcare, LifeSciences, ECOMM, Supply Chain
- Understanding of Scrum Master or Project Manager activities, onsite client location experience (nice-to-have)
