Senior Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously. The ideal candidate is capable of understanding and working from wireframes, and possesses fine-tuned negotiation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio, effectively transforming business requirements into technical outputs
- Understand, translate and work from wireframes to achieve desired system functionality
- Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure understanding and satisfaction of project requirements
- Work in a highly distributed team with people from the client and other vendors, locations include UK, CEE and Argentina
- Work autonomously on assigned projects, adapting to changing priorities, anticipating potential issues and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner
- Ensure all developments adhere to Salesforce best practices and company standards while staying up-to-date with new technologies in Salesforce OmniStudio platforms
Requirements
- Expertise in Salesforce Vlocity OmniStudio, including the creation of data raptors, orchestration, and integration procedures
- Strong understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in stakeholder management
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and its integration with other Salesforce clouds
- Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, providing technical guidance and support
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies
