Senior .NET Developer Remote

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-quality software solutions using .NET Core and ASP.NET Core
• Integrate systems with RESTful APIs for seamless data interchange
• Utilize SQL or NoSQL databases to manage application data optimally
• Implement and maintain cloud solutions across platforms such as Azure and AWS
• Champion best practices in CI/CD processes for efficient software delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance
• Leverage secure coding practices to safeguard application data and privacy
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on software development best practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose system improvements

Requirements

• Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET Core with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of REST principles and API integration
• Competency in Cloud platforms including Azure and AWS
• Background in SQL/NoSQL database management and operation
• Expertise in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Great communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive in addressing potential issues and taking initiative in problem-solving
• Effective management of tasks and schedules to meet deadlines

Nice to have

• Understanding of .NET Framework
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Azure DevOps and related tools like Azure Service Bus and Event Hubs
• Knowledge of distributed systems and related technologies
• Proficiency in Cosmos DB
