Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of testers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Utilize Tricentis Tosca to drive efficient and effective testing processes
- Collect and report on quality assurance metrics to clients
- Regularly communicate with client managers and the development team
- Engage with third-party vendors to coordinate testing efforts
- Handle significant regression testing efficiently
- Proactively identify potential issues and suggest improvements
- Manage tight deadlines effectively while prioritizing tasks
- Participate in defining test strategies and methodologies
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across various scenarios
Requirements
- Experience in Salesforce platform with a focus on quality assurance
- Background in QE/Functional Testing with 3+ years of experience
- Expertise in QE/Test Automation and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of Tricentis Tosca automation testing tool
- Proficiency in English with strong communication abilities
- Ability to manage complex test scenarios effectively
- Familiarity with testing theory and practices
- Capability to provide valuable insights for process improvement
