Lead .NET Developer Description
We seek a driven Lead .NET Developer with front-end experience who will take over the team's technical and communication management.
In this role, you will drive a six-member group and be a part of the 60+ people team, helping to strengthen the project with development expertise.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.

Technologies
- ReactJS, .NET, Angular, Azure, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client-side Product Owners, UI Designers, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters and other teams
- Gather requirements and design architecture for different projects
- Write and review code
- Provide estimates for features and user stories
- Setup pipelines
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership
- Competency in .NET, Azure, ReactJS, MS SQL Server
- English level from B2, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Proactive approach for improving the development processes
- Willingness for continuous self-development
- Familiarity with Angular
