Project Manager Description
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading Client delivery teams and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile delivery methodologies and software development life cycles, as well as a proven track record of successful project delivery.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute project of related to digital applications
- Act as a Scrum Master and a Delivery Manager for a team for Delivery teams and facilitate all scrum ceremonies across all delivery teams
- Facilitate all planning of the agile delivery teams to get all deliverables on time
- Understand estimation processes and provide insights to the estimates of the project team
- Ensure that delivery teams are appropriately resourced to deliver based on their needs
- Work closely with the product owners to keep the backlog tidy and smoothly feed the delivery teams with work
- Manage dependencies related to the project proactively
- Identify risks and mitigate them, escalating in advance to supervisor and/or Head of Architecture and Delivery where necessary
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager or similar role in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and software development life cycles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Experience working with Android technology and e-commerce platforms is a plus
