Facilities Trainee Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Facilities Trainee to support the daily operations of our office, helping to ensure that everything functions smoothly and efficiently.
You will play an integral role in facility management and office organization, working alongside various teams to provide a comfortable and effective workplace. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, greet them, and announce them to appropriate contacts upon their arrival
- Monitor office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels at all times
- Manage EPAM parcel services
- Handle and support access badge requests, activations, and troubleshooting
- Accurately maintain visitor records
- Organize parking arrangements and validate tickets for employees
- Handle front-desk administrative activities
- Search for and engage with new vendors as needed
- Oversee office facilities, including maintenance and repairs
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for timely resolution of facility-related issues
- Preserve the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Maintain updated records of office expenses and cost management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on events and activities
- Develop and implement office processes to boost efficiency and productivity
- Design materials for communicating office monthly activities across various internal channels
Requirements
- English proficiency B1+
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain office supply inventory
- Competency in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Regular, predictable attendance and adherence to schedules
- Expertise in managing sensitive information with confidentiality
- Final year student in University, majoring in Administration or a related social science field
