Responsibilities
- As a Manager, you will help to define EPAM’s go-to market value proposition within the CPG, Retail, Travel or Hospitality space. This includes interfacing with senior leadership to craft industry offerings
- Lead EPAM strategic engagements in planning, selecting, and optimizing offerings that map a customer’s vision & requirements to solutions
- Engage with clients to understand their strategic vision of the proposed initiative and determine gaps that need to be addressed through strategically focused workstreams
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in a consulting company or Consumer industry setting with a demonstrable depth of knowledge. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable
- Expertise in one or more consumer industry sub-verticals- CPG, Retail, Travel or Hospitality
- Experienced consultant in one or more of the following domains: Merchandising excellence, commercial excellence, marketing or supply chain
- Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies to transform a client’s business
- MBA preferred

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$110K - CA$150K.
