We're looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Functions Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on functional consulting.

Responsibilities
- The consultant will implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS/Fusion applications to meet business requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion application
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM)
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, functional configuration and providing solutions to improve business processes using Oracle Fusion functionalities
- Domain expertise in specific areas such as Finance, Manufacturing or HR/Payroll
- Experience in Support Life Cycle and SLA management
- Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL
- Strong root cause analysis and code debugging skills
- Experience in data migration and integration projects
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and interact effectively with stakeholders and end-users
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus
- Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM/PBCS is a plus

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $95K - $170K.
