Lead Full-Stack Developer (React + .NET) Description
We seek a Lead Developer with strong React JS/TypeScript and .NET experience. The talent needs to be innovative with strong communication skills. German language knowledge is an advantage.
The person will join a multi-disciplinary product development team and have the opportunity to apply and further develop their engineering skills in React and .NET.
The tech stack is C#, .NET, and React with CI/CD based on Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement and document new and existing software functionalities in a technical environment using the .NET Framework
- Build and maintain reusable cross-platform components and front-end libraries that enhance the efficiency and consistency of our development process
- Write robust and resilient code that undergoes rigorous testing (unit, integration and end-to-end tests), ensuring high code quality and reliability in production
- Improvement and expansion of the modular platforms in our projects and developing new products building upon them
- Perform software development tasks as per specifications
- Drafts solutions for highly complex software tasks
- Actively participate in a self-organizing and cross-functional Agile team, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement and daily stand-ups
- Contribute to the team's technical direction, providing valuable insights and suggestions for the improvement of tools, processes and overall development workflows
Requirements
- Team members proposed need to have 5+ years of experience with the given technologies
- Environment Azure cloud
- Full-stack developer is needed with advanced React front-end and hands-on development experience with .NET Framework
- Desire to explore and quickly self-acquire skills in new technologies
- Exceptional analytical reasoning and critical thinking/problem-solving skills
- Technical communication skills, ready to take initiative on technical topics and manage tasks independently
- Bring an innovative mindset
- English level B2+
