Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and devise functional solutions
- Provide support for functional inquiries
- Propose enhancements to applications and processes
- Assist the team in refining stories and resolving blocked issues
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master on pending issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, excluding code reading
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Background in Agile methodologies
- Experience in large-scale projects and team support
- Demonstrated proactivity
- Skills in planning and control
- Autonomy and ability to adapt to changes
- Strong analytical capacity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Java and React
