Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of 6 to 10 members and external vendors to develop and improve the Salesforce platform
- Participate in regular meetings with client managers and the development team to discuss project goals and updates
- Perform technical research, analyze findings, and recommend optimized solutions
- Build new functionalities and enhancements from the ground up based on input from analysts and product owners
- Provide support, implement enhancements, and optimize or refactor existing features during the maintenance phase
- Effectively manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Automation Processes, Salesforce Development, and Salesforce Integration
- Strong experience in data modeling to meet complex business needs
- Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and implement intricate business logic
- Proficiency in integrating third-party systems and resolving complex technical issues
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a medium-sized team and external vendors
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing routine tasks with patience and diligence
- Proficient in English at a B2+ level
