Lead ServiceNow Engineer Description
We are looking for a skilled Lead ServiceNow Engineer to support our client’s upcoming initiatives in expanding and refining their ServiceNow ecosystem.
This role involves implementing and optimizing capabilities such as Hardware and Software Asset Management, App Portfolio Management, GenAI integration, and SecOps modules. If you are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules including Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, App Portfolio Management, SecOps, and GenAI components
- Support ongoing IT Service Management improvements and drive Configuration Management Database data cleanup and optimization efforts
- Define and implement configuration rules, discovery scopes, and asset creation logic
- Develop and optimize workflows using Flow Designer
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align ServiceNow capabilities with ITIL processes
- Provide guidance on Common Service Data Model and configuration item modeling
- Contribute to the development of digital portfolios and service offerings using Digital Portfolio Management and Service Builder
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the ServiceNow platform
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist in Discovery, Implementation Specialist in Service Mapping
- Strong command of Common Service Data Model and Configuration Item modeling
- Proficiency with Flow Designer and scripting business rules
- Understanding of relationships between Configuration Items
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and how Configuration Items support them
- Ability to distinguish between discoverable and non-discoverable attributes
- Knowledge of asset creation rules defined in ServiceNow
- Fluency in English at a minimum B2+ level
Nice to have
- Experience with Digital Portfolio Management
- Familiarity with Service Builder for managing offerings
- Exposure to Agent Client Collector and MID Server web socket endpoints

Salary range €4K-€5.9K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
