We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager with expertise in Java, .Net, Data Engineering, and Javascript to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning multiple technological areas
- Oversee solution architecture and microservice implementation
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize project efficiency
- Drive high-level and low-level design strategies and execution
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor profitability metrics such as P&L and revenue targets
- Enforce a continuous integration and delivery pipeline (CI/CD)
- Validate and iteratively improve project delivery strategies and processes
Requirements
- 15-21 years of experience in the software industry
- Expertise in Java, .NET, Data Software Engineering, and Javascript
- 8+ years of project management experience delivering end-to-end solutions
- Proficiency in P&L management, gross margins, and revenue targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and planning skills
- Background in Agile project execution, including stakeholder management
- Knowledge of solution architecture, High-level Design (HLD) and Low-level Design (LLD)
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and strategies
Nice to have
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms and service-oriented architectures
