Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide high-impact engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional client value
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations
- Implement advanced agile methodologies and engineering practices to optimize processes and drive operational excellence
- Inspire and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, building and sustaining high-performing teams
- Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies for cloud-native development and Python programming
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align engineering initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational success
- Promote the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, integrating industry trends into engineering solutions for continuous improvement
- Lead high-impact engineering projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver exceptional client value
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards to exceed client expectations
- Implement advanced Agile methodologies and best practices to drive operational excellence and optimize delivery processes
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- Set and uphold best practices and standards for cloud-native development and Python programming across engineering disciplines
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with broader business objectives
- Advocate for cutting-edge technologies, integrating industry trends to enhance engineering practices and solutions
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar role, leading large-scale cloud-native development projects
- Deep technical expertise in cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Proven proficiency in Python development, including advanced frameworks, libraries, and best practices
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of guiding and inspiring engineering teams toward success
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project management, including handling multiple high-impact projects
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and managing senior-level client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align engineering initiatives with business goals and drive innovative solutions
- A strong commitment to technical excellence, with experience in enforcing best practices, methodologies, and quality standard
- C1 English level proficiency
