Chief Business Analyst (BI Analysis) Description
We are on a quest for a dynamic, seasoned Chief Business Analyst specializing in BI Analysis as part of our Power BI Squad.
The ideal candidate will lead the vision and development of business intelligence (BI) solutions, promote a data-centric culture, and manage and upgrade existing BI systems.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with product owners and business strategy leaders
- Support in defining MVPs and incremental plans for delivering value through BI tools
- Formulate and refine user stories with minimal guidance
- Track dependencies across various divisions and teams
- Formulate test strategies and plans in collaboration with QA and the development team
- Provide incremental and sustained value to end users, ensuring user expectations are met
- Resolve production issues, escalating when necessary
- Conduct impact analysis to guide priority decisions and expedite feature and user story detailing and enhancement
- Track and assess the success of BI products and processes
- Record risks associated with BI products/processes and ensure compliance
- Manage complex business flow diagrams, such as process maps and data flows
- Perform routine reviews for updates on disclosures, controls, and vendor scorecards
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in BI content development and maintenance using Tableau and Power BI
- Strong understanding of Power BI administration and support
- Familiarity with administrative settings and deployment processes in Power BI
- Expertise in SQL writing and review
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Skills in conducting complex business impact analysis
- Knowledge of risk documentation and compliance policies
Nice to have
- Background in implementing and utilizing Fabric in Power BI
- Background in direct support for end users in a BI setting
- Competency in managing BI platform performance and usage monitoring
