Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end-to-end proposal development, including opportunity qualification, response planning, team creation and orchestration, and overall proposal process management
  • Identify and develop reusable solutions and service offerings, contributing to a robust portfolio
  • Expand a network of trusted experts across Technical and Industry domains, collaborating with Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Account Teams
  • Align high-level business objectives with EPAM’s capabilities and services, ensuring a seamless integration of client needs with our offerings
  • Support client visits by defining goals, strategy, and participants, crafting messages, and coordinating preparation efforts for effective client interactions
  • Design technical, organizational, and business solutions, formulate compelling value propositions, and articulate differentiators to enhance our competitive edge
  • Develop complex engagement and pricing models for multi-year outcome/output-based deals, ensuring profitability and sustainability
  • Translate ideas into visually impactful PowerPoint presentations that showcase our values, experience, and services
  • Lead and develop presales capabilities in LATAM, fostering a high-performance team focused on excellence in client engagement
  • Apply a system thinking approach to problem-solving, considering the broader implications of decisions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience in various software design and delivery roles, including a minimum of 3 years in presales
  • Proven experience managing and delivering successful outcomes in managed services engagements
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets
  • Familiarity with cloud delivery models, architecture principles, and styles
  • Ability to work with limited information and propose best practices to close gaps, adapting to evolving situations
  • Excellent storytelling skills to transform information into compelling presentations; a business and system analysis background is a plus
  • Broad-based knowledge of technology solutions, including Digital, IoT, Data, etc
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively (C1 level)

Nice to have

  • Experience in business development, cloud operations, and development delivery
  • Experience in solution consulting, opportunity management, or proposal development
