Senior Experience Designer Description
We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our growing team of designers in APAC, Hong Kong studio. This is primarily a client facing role that requires strong communication, independence and leadership skills. You will be working closely with our client’s business users and play a key role in design system governance and adoption across multiple markets.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with business user/ stakeholders, and provide product owner input on the requirements, business priorities and with BA team to collate, ideate and design screens
- Provide UX & UI support (e.g. deliver wireframe, high fidelity screen design) taking into account technical constraints
- Provide / review acceptance criteria
- Participate in sprint planning, review and retrospective of the respective project teams
- Support delivery squads with clarification and assets tweak when necessary
- Conduct the handover to the designated personnel and any parties may direct at the end of the engagement
- Support in the usability testing
- Attend regular project meeting
Requirements
- Have a minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience working as a product designer (Good to have: Experience in financial services, insurance or related domains)
- Have strong proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of industry standard design and prototyping tools, design process and methodologies.
- Be familiar with designing for multiple screens, devices and environments
- Have deep knowledge and passion in the setting up, usage and governance of design systems within enterprise environments
- Have good working knowledge of the product development process
