Senior Data Scientist Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team within the Cloud Technical Infrastructure group. This role focuses on developing software systems that facilitate the efficient movement of goods through the supply chain to our clients' warehouses and data centers.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Responsibilities
- Work within the Supply Chain domain to identify key business challenges and select the appropriate data and methodologies to address them
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models, validate and test these models to ensure they align with business requirements
- Perform analysis of existing data and construct data pipelines to prepare inputs for machine learning models and optimization tools
- Evaluate current models and suggest, implement, and test enhancements to improve performance and accuracy
- Collaborating with stakeholders and maintain daily communication with the data science team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in data science or machine learning
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Familiarity with Python data science (DS) and machine learning (ML) ecosystems
- Proficiency in formulating and executing experimental hypotheses to develop or enhance models
- Understanding of classical data science and machine learning techniques and challenges
Nice to have
- Understanding of Supply Chain processes to facilitate DS and ML engineering tasks
- Expertise in genAI and/or Gооgle Cloud Platform (GCP) Vertex AI
- Previous experience with mathematical optimization solvers (for ex. Gurobi)
