Business Consultant - Supply Chain Sourcing & Procurement Description

This position is responsible for development and maintenance of technical solutions that are used to support spend analytics, sourcing management, contract management, procure-to-pay, supplier management, and overall service level objectives.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions and software design for sourcing, contract management and procure-to-pay based on Jaggaer ePro platform & tools. Use expertise to understand how Jaggaer ePro solutions can be configured and delivered to better address client’s goals
- Lead technical process analysis or design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project
- Develops technical specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the business objectives and assists with Technical Design and reviews others’ submissions for viability as needed
- Configure Jaggaer ePro solution(s), perform system integration, and assist with user acceptance testing
- Works with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements
- Assist resolving issues to ensure efficient workflow with internal clients, suppliers, and accounting departments utilizing ePro for Requisition/Order Creation (PR/PO), Supplier Setup/Maintenance, Invoice Processing and/or User access resolution
- Assist with interdependencies between AP, procurement, suppliers, users
- Support and understand the supplier needs related to the Jaggaer Supplier Network/portal and configurations
- Understand and provide support related to ePro invoicing processes and other AP requirements
- Provide ePro application end user support through the use of ePro Pulse case management
- Represent Procurement Center of Excellence as a super user and provide eProcurement support as needed for APAC Procure to Pay deployments
Requirements
- Overall understanding of sourcing events and requisition to invoicing processes
- Recent 3 - 5 years’ experience and understanding of Jaggaer ePro suite of products, technology stack and database
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well with others, promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Strong desire for continuous learning and development
- Process improvement mindset
- Ability to analyze issues with business documents like PO, invoice, credit memos, etc
- Ability to analyze and determine solutions to problems that arise with business processes
- Ability to train users in person or remotely on system features and functions
- Working knowledge of Excel plus proficiency with other Microsoft Office Suite products
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must
Nice to have
- Experience with implementation of ePro Procure to Pay cloud based solutions, Source to Contract
- Background in accounts payable, finance, or procurement
