Application Support Analyst Description
As a Solutions Support Analyst, you'll deliver crucial application support across key technology platforms. This role provides a pathway to enhance both your technical and leadership skills while making an impact on global supply chain and logistics operations.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for daily application support and collaborate with IT infra and ops teams to implement service delivery strategies
- Monitor application performance and compliance with established SLAs, while defining support processes, metrics, and tools for continuous improvement
- Participate in product implementation and user acceptance testing
- Assist in cost forecasting and tracking for service delivery partnerships
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT application support and operations to include migrations
- Experience in managing or coordinating service delivery for 3rd party services
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics domain
- Experience in web apps, SQL database, and business analysis and technical document review/implementation
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
