We are looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer (DevOps/Release Engineer) to join our team.
Our Engineering Enablement Department has a purpose to accelerate our teams worldwide. We strive to provide teams a set of tools and services to enable unlock their full potential. In short, we enable them to deliver quality customer value quickly and autonomously. The tools and services we provide are built with and for our engineering community.

Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the quality platform designed for use by our engineers
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, paired with proven experience in Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum
- Leverage your expertise in test data management tooling
- Collaborate proactively with other product/application teams to help improve businesses systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience implementing test data management strategy
- Accessibility testing skills
- Experience with test data management frameworks or tools
- Good understanding in using GitHub and GitHub actions for effective version control
- Proactive stakeholder communication, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a team environment
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with functional testing: API Testing, UI Testing (Karate frameworks, Playwright)
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS
- Proficiency with Kubenetes
