We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to lead distributed Salesforce teams across locations in close collaboration with the onsite BAs, TPMs, DMs from US, PL and IN.
Our Client is a renowned multinational technology company celebrated for its ubiquitous search engine and diverse online services that have seamlessly integrated into the daily lives of billions worldwide.
Please note that this role requires availability during evening hours (till 8 PM) to align with project needs and stakeholder coordination, but offers flexibility during the day.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders and technical team across multiple locations and multiple vendors
- Cooperate with Technical Architects in designing and leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions to fulfill business requirements
- Implement test-driven development (TDD) practices to enhance software quality
- Monitor production environments and troubleshoot issues to maintain system performance and stability
- Drive code quality improvement initiatives and enforce best coding practices
- Provide technical leadership, solving technical and non-technical impediments, and planning teamwork effectively
- Co-manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proven track record with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Proficiency in Salesforce, CI/CD, and TDD
- Experience in client interaction and leading the project team in an onsite-offshore engagement model
- Experience with software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams across Global locations
- Deep technical experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions using Apex programming language; understanding of code quality metrics and implications on software performance
- Capability to develop and oversee large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations in cooperation with Technical Architects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively monitor and optimize production environments
- Practical experience providing technical leadership to team members and clients, and the ability to solve technical and non-technical impediments
- Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
