Associate Delivery Manager Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Delivery Manager (DM) with a technical background and strong soft skills to join our team.
This position will focus on ensuring fast and reliable delivery of significant enhancements to existing retail banking applications across multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android. The ideal candidate will excel in balancing adaptation and improvements in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) while managing back-end to front-end dependencies within a complex SDLC environment.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Act as a Scrum Master for a team
- Plan, commit, and deliver the current scope in collaboration with the team
- Proactively manage team risks
- Extensively communicate with customer stakeholders at the team level for stakeholder management
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in the SDLC process, roles & responsibilities
- Shape the team to enhance effectiveness
- Conduct people management
- Manage the EPAM team
- Handle resolution and division of responsibilities and conflicts with customer stakeholders such as Product Owners and Architects
- Report status updates to both client and EPAM
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role
- Background in retail banking and technical understanding of Web, iOS, and Android platforms
- Proficiency in .NET 4, VB.NET, Angular, Swift, Kotlin
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for task tracking
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Capability to manage complex project dependencies and deadlines
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and ability to make process improvements
- Experience in conflict resolution and responsibility delegation
