Responsibilities
- Manage tasks such as 3rd line support, development and migration for various clients and business areas
- Solve complex technical issues related to the specific software
- Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure efficient software maintenance and support
- Handle incident and problem management, adhering to agreed SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular system checks and monitoring to ensure optimal performance
- Participate in code review and troubleshooting activities
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Sitecore and Sitecore XM Cloud
- Knowledge of .NET
- Experience in application support
- B1+ English, both verbal and written
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Sitecore Experience Platform
