Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator Description
Currently, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to join the project related to scaling up the workforce to help with migration/integration from our companies around the EU to Microsoft 365 tenants.
Your duties would involve migrating over 15 companies, totaling more than 2500 users, from diverse platforms, including M365, on-premise solutions, and Google Workspace, revising and enhancing the migration playbook, thorough process documentation, and utilization of third-party tools such as MigrationWiz for streamlined migration processes.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and objectives for various workloads, proposing integration solutions aligned with these goals
- Provide technical guidance and support to administrators and users on integration-related matters
- Design and implement integration architectures and workflows using a variety of tools and services
- Documenting and maintaining integration standards, policies, procedures, and best practices for workloads
- Implement playbooks and standard tools throughout the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 migration and integration
- Certification as a Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of experience in administration and integration
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads and their integration capabilities and limitations
- Proficiency in using integration development and management tools and services
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English skills at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Shared Web Hosting and Domain management
