Middle React Native + Kotlin Developer Remote

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance applications specifically optimized for Android TV using React Native and Kotlin
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure seamless functionality
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging and user-friendly TV experiences
• Utilize state management in React Native for effective application performance
• Ensure adherence to UI/UX principles and features specific to Android TV

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in React Native for cross-platform development
• Strong experience with Kotlin development
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Familiarity with Android TV’s UI/UX principles, remote control navigation, and features like Leanback
• Knowledge of state management in React Native (e.g., Redux, MobX)
• Strong communication skills
• B2+ English level 

Nice to have

• Knowledge of React Hooks and Kotlin Coroutines for asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Android TV app deployment
• Experience with AOSP (Android Open Source Project) and custom Android TV builds
