We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of operational intelligence solutions, leveraging your expertise in CRIBL and Splunk to drive efficiency and performance. The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain operational intelligence solutions using CRIBL and Splunk technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze operational data for actionable insights
- Develop and implement system monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system stability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to operational intelligence solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for operational intelligence systems and processes
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operational intelligence solutions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for operational intelligence
Requirements
- Proven track record with at least 3+ years of experience in software, system, and test engineering
- Expertise in CRIBL and Splunk, with a focus on CRIBL Cloud, Observability Cloud, Splunk Enterprise, and Splunk Cloud
- Strong understanding of operational intelligence principles and best practices
- Ability to design, implement and maintain operational intelligence solutions to meet business needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Fluent English language skills at an Upper-Intermediate level
