Senior Systems Engineer with Splunk Remote

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain operational intelligence solutions using CRIBL and Splunk technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze operational data for actionable insights
• Develop and implement system monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system stability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to operational intelligence solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for operational intelligence systems and processes
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operational intelligence solutions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for operational intelligence

Requirements

• Proven track record with at least 3+ years of experience in software, system, and test engineering
• Expertise in CRIBL and Splunk, with a focus on CRIBL Cloud, Observability Cloud, Splunk Enterprise, and Splunk Cloud
• Strong understanding of operational intelligence principles and best practices
• Ability to design, implement and maintain operational intelligence solutions to meet business needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Fluent English language skills at an Upper-Intermediate level
