Senior ServiceNow Developer Description
We are ramping up ServiceNow Engineering Core team for our client and looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to become a new team member.
ServiceNow Core team is responsible for implementation of ServiceNow from scratch. In scope of implementation: ITSM, TNI, CMDB, Event Management, HRSD, OKTA SSO Integration, Salesforce Integration, SAP Integration, etc.
This position offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the EPAM offices in either Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw or Gdansk.
The working hours require an overlap with customer representatives and other core team members till 10 AM PST.

Responsibilities
- Global Implementation of ServiceNow within the client’s product organization from scratch
- Work on various modules including ITSM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, Event Management, HRSD, WSD, GRC, Integrations
- Build ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms such as OKTA SSO, Salesforce, SAP, etc
- Be responsible for platform consistency and integrity
- Fulfill patching / upgrades of ServiceNow
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customer representatives and other vendors
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) Module implementation (6+ months at least)
- A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, WSD, and HRSD
- Good team player and communicator
- Self-organized and can work with additional supervision on tasks
- Presentation skills - to demo results to business and engineering stakeholders
- Consulting mindset - come up with recommendations and improvements according to ITIL and ServiceNow best practices

- SNOW Certifications are nice to have (admin, developer, implementer)
