Digital Engagement Practice Commercial Lead Description
EPAM is looking for a hybrid Digital Engagement Practice (DEP) Commercial Lead to join our sales team in London. You will drive continued growth across a part of our digital-facing business by working closely with our internal Consulting, Marketing, Alliances and Delivery and partners in the region.
Your role is that of the skillful originator and coordinator who organizes the meetings and follow-up steps that bring together all the different parties – prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists and delivery experts– the multi-disciplinary teams who jointly produce the right solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Accountable for growing digital revenue in the UK by scaling our digital business within existing accounts and helping to secure new business
- Lead the GTM effort for a focused set of CMO-focused offerings within the UK market, including partnering with EPAM Marketing teams and senior practitioners to create visibility for our brand and offerings in the market, drive thought leadership and source new leads
- Partner with sales, account management and partner teams to manage pipeline from lead sourcing through to deal close and beyond
- Collaborate with domain experts from our Digital Engagement Practice, Data & Analytics and Cloud teams to shape client-specific solutions that provide technology and data-oriented answers to CMO focused business and experience challenges
- Work with a range of commercial and capability leads to shape deals, including support scoping delivery teams, commercial structure and pricing
- Manage a small team of commercially focused Digital Engagement Leads to drive growth across a portfolio of accounts
- Lead annual/quarterly account planning across a subset of “priority accounts”, plus regular tracking and recalibration against these plans
- Own senior client relationships and act as “trusted advisor” for their digital business
Requirements
- Relevant experience in driving digital and CMO focused offerings
- Experience working within a large digital agency or IT services provider
- Strong understanding of technical underpinning of digital services and ability to fluently discuss technical aspects of solutions with clients
- Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills
