Senior .NET Developer Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a newly established, product-oriented development team (POD).

You will collaborate closely with a client-side team, including a Product Owner and Technical Lead, to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable features using a diverse tech stack, including .NET Core, C#, Vue.js, ReactJS, Python, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and DocumentDB. In this role, you will also ensure optimal application performance within the AWS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, a passion for building reliable solutions, and the ability to thrive in an Agile, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Customer Specific Keys (CSK) functionality across multiple applications
  • Use AWS services like AWS Secrets Manager for secure key management and automated key rotation
  • Ensure secure storage, retrieval, and encryption of sensitive client data across applications
  • Maintain compliance and adhere to security standards throughout all processes
  • Evaluate and enhance existing applications to accommodate CSK solutions
  • Refactor and improve codebases to meet scalability and performance objectives
  • Optimize data modeling and reduce database query complexity to improve efficiency
  • Address and resolve challenges to ensure smooth integration and performance within the AWS environment
  • Develop and implement comprehensive logging and traceability systems using appropriate tools and frameworks
  • Apply microservices architecture best practices and leverage AI-driven tools for code refactoring when applicable
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are upheld throughout the migration process
  • Collaborate with client-side teams to align on objectives and deliver successful outcomes

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with .NET and .NET Core
  • Strong expertise in back-end development with a focus on writing modular, maintainable, and testable codebases
  • Extensive experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB), including schema design, query optimization, and configuration management
  • Proven ability to design CSK solutions with secure key storage, retrieval, and rotation policies
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, Fargate, and SQS
  • Proficiency in implementing logging, observability, and traceability within .NET applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in team environments
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience implementing CSK solutions in previous projects
  • Knowledge of AWS Secrets Manager, key rotation processes, and related security practices
  • Previous experience working within client-side teams
  • Familiarity with product lines consisting of multiple applications built using different tech stacks
  • Experience in Python development
