Senior iOS Swift Developer Remote

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug complex software while developing new functionality and enhancing existing functionality to satisfy customer requirements
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality
• Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, and diversity
• Define scope and develop testing methods, collaborating with QA team and other developers
• Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community

Requirements

• Expertise in mobile development, with at least 3 years of experience developing native iOS apps
• Experience building complex applications for iPhone or iPad using Objective-C/Swift with the iOS SDK and other frameworks
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• One or more applications published in the Apple App Store
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Experience with remote data via RESTful services and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape and emerging technologies
• B2+ English level proficiency for effective communication

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline strongly preferred
• Familiarity with unit testing, TDD, continuous integration, paired programming, and agile methodologies is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of Android Mobile Development
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with Cross-Platform App frameworks such as Flutter, Kotlin, Xamarin, React Native, Iconic
