Senior Performance Testing Engineer in .NET Remote

Responsibilities

• Define the performance testing strategy and benchmarking metrics
• Design and develop performance test scripts using Gatling
• Execute performance tests and analyze the results to identify performance bottlenecks
• Prepare performance test reports and explain test results to stakeholders
• Monitor software performance post-release for future improvements
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in performance testing using Gatling or similar tools in a lead role
• Extensive experience in a .NET project environment
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
• Ability to identify and analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
• Experience in application architecture and performance analysis
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently
• English communication skills at B2+ level 

Nice to have

• Experience in using Confluence for documentation
• Experience in load testing using LoadRunner
• Knowledge in cloud computing platforms like Google GCP
• ISTQB certification
