Lead QA Engineer (Manual+Automation) Description
We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer with a strong background in manual testing, leadership skills, and a good understanding of automation principles.
This role is crucial in building products that are not only functional but also scalable and secure. This position offers the opportunity to lead quality assurance efforts on a cutting-edge technology project that is central to the digital transformation strategy.
The role requires working from the office to foster team collaboration and swift problem resolution.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of QA professionals in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies
- Execute various types of testing at different levels using best practices and modern testing frameworks
- Develop test documentation
- Manage tools and processes for efficient defect tracking and resolution
- Regularly report on test status and quality metrics to project stakeholders
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Excellent understanding of the full cycle of QA activities
- Knowledge of testing fundamentals, approaches, and types
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Good understanding of automation principles
- Experience working in an Agile model
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- B2+ English level proficiency
- Work-from-office format
- Readiness for potential business trips to Finland
Nice to have
- Experience in Java with a focus on automation testing

Salary range €3.3K-€4.7K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
