Data Delivery Manager Description
We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of data-driven projects. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure alignment between technical and business objectives, and drive the implementation of data strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data projects, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing data processes, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data projects, ensuring they meet business goals and timelines
- Coordinate across teams, including data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment of objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Drive the implementation of best practices in data management and delivery processes
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and understanding
- Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and scalability of data solutions
- Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Delivery Management with a focus on data-related projects
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 5 or more in roles such as Architect, Manager, or Product Owner, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams
- Experience participating in at least two full project lifecycles or involvement in multiple projects across different phases of the development lifecycle
- Strong expertise in managing data delivery processes, including planning, execution, and monitoring of data-related projects
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective data strategies to support business goals and improve decision-making processes
- Hands-on experience with data profiling, including identifying data patterns, quality issues, and opportunities for optimization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency at a C1 level or higher
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications in Delivery Management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar credentials
- Experience with modern data platforms and tools to support data management and delivery processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks for managing data projects
