Lead Designer (Game Development) Description
We are extending our Design team and looking for an experienced and talented Lead Designer to join our motivated group.

Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare unique concepts for the gaming industry that engage and retain users
- Provide project-level guidance and constructive feedback to the design team
- Inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of designers with various skill levels
- Serve as a role model and lead by example within the team
- Assess and critique design concepts and mockups to ensure alignment with project requirements
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt schedules as necessary
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders to gather feedback
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and functional
- Generate innovative design concepts and ideas to continuously improve quality
Requirements
- Proven track record with 4+ years of industry experience in game development (mobile games, online games, casinos, etc.)
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Computer Graphic 2D Art, and Game Item Art implementation in 2D or 3D
- Understanding of industry standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and the challenges of real-time development
- Leadership experience working collaboratively with artists and designers
- Proficiency in verbal and written English with excellent communication skills
- Showcase of portfolio containing examples of work relevant to the gaming industry
Nice to have
- Experience working with outsourcing studios
- Skill in implementing Concept Art in 2D or 3D and Hand Drawing
- Background in mobile game development
