We are seeking a Senior Power Automate Desktop Engineer with expertise in RPA technologies to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, designing, and developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive process improvements and promote automation to scale within our organization.

Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops for various business teams to promote Automation to scale
- Identify the right automation use cases and create business cases with ROI
- Design and develop automation using MS PAD technology
- Develop re-usable artifacts, coding standards, efficient way of building automation
- Deployment, configuration of automation
- Provide technical support to self-service and citizen automation developers
- Conduct reviews of automation developed by vendor partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement the same
- Develop optimal usage of licenses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field
- Should have 5+ years of experience in RPA technologies and at least 2 years experience in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop in designing and developing automation
- Specialist skills in various features & capabilities of Microsoft PAD
- Expert-level certification in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop
- Strong exposure to licensing models of PAD
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Azure
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of networking and security
- Good understanding of database management
- Experience with cloud deployment and management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and monitor systems performance
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Strong communication and articulation abilities
- Should be able to deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership
