We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with specialized experience in the Manufacturing and Life Science domain to join our dynamic team.
This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our processes and systems by expertly managing project requirements and engaging closely with stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various analytical and documentation tools, capable of assuming a Product Owner's responsibilities in a Scrum environment and have a deep understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing process.

Responsibilities
- Gather functional and non-functional requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Guide elicitation activities and identify inconsistencies in project requirements
- Document features and propose solutions for incorporation
- Create process flow diagrams, User interface mockups, and logical models
- Provide a clear understanding of necessary changes to systems, processes, or capabilities
- Identify risks, communicate them and provide risk management options
- Validate and assist with the testing strategy, create test plans, and write test cases
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and engage business stakeholders in the process
- Collaborate closely with the Business, EPAM team, and 3rd party development teams
- Conduct demonstrations and Knowledge Transfer sessions, document stakeholder feedback
- Review, qualify, raise, and prioritize bugs
- Support deployments including cutover activities and post-deployment testing
Requirements
- 7 to 12 years of working experience
- Proficiency in Manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP
- Skills in MES processes and systems
- Qualifications in Agile frameworks with the capability to perform as a Product Owner in a Scrum team
- Background in a Senior Business Analyst role within the manufacturing or life science domain
- Knowledge of Dev Ops, Microsoft Visio, Dynamics 365, all with intermediate proficiency
- Competency in using PowerPoint
