Senior Manual Tester Description
We are seeking a Senior Manual Tester to provide expertise in Functional Testing.
You will analyze User Stories, design functional test cases, execute them, and document bugs and their progress. If you are passionate about quality assurance through testing, we invite you to apply.
This role requires flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the Lisbon office.

Responsibilities
- Analyze User Stories to define testing requirements
- Design functional test cases aligned with project goals
- Execute both functional and non-functional test cases
- Report any identified bugs with comprehensive documentation
- Track the resolution progress of reported bugs
- Collaborate with developers to communicate test results
- Participate in team discussions around testing strategies
- Support continuous enhancement of testing methodologies
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate test documentation
- Assist in integrating test automation into workflows
Requirements
- Background in Functional Testing with 3 to 5 years of experience
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification
- Competency in reporting and tracking bugs
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test-related tasks
- Fluency in Portuguese for clear communication
- Knowledge of usability testing standards
