Lead Database Developer (.NET) Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Database Developer with .NET expertise to serve as our specialist in supporting database integrations and enhancements.
The selected candidate will handle performance tuning and will be in charge of delivering high-quality database solutions for our complex, interdisciplinary projects. This position demands robust analytical abilities, strong competence in SQL and Microsoft Stack, as well as exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Enhance database integrations, performance tuning, and optimizations
- Oversee SQL queries, stored procedures, and DDL using T-SQL
- Design and sustain ADO pipelines and applications using C#
- Maintain prompt and proactive communication among project teams
- Analyze and resolve database-related issues
- Collaborate effectively within complex, multi-disciplinary systems
- Deliver database solutions on schedule, ensuring high quality
- Preserve peak levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security in database systems
- Conduct scheduled upkeep and assist deployment activities beyond standard hours
- Acquire and adjust to new technologies efficiently
- Foster and maintain diverse professional relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of senior-level experience with SQL and T-SQL
- Competency in Microsoft Stack technologies including C#
- Background in ADO pipelines
- Strong familiarity with .NET Framework
- Profound analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Capacity to perform well under time constraints
- Demonstrated success in meeting project requirements and delivering defect-free projects
- Experience ensuring database performance, availability, sustainability, and security

- Showcase of knowledge related to the Insurance Industry
- Understanding of policy administration processes
- Proficiency in NUget repo
- Previous role as a tech lead or architect
