Salesforce Technical Architect Description
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join their team for a global/multilingual Salesforce implementation project.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions architecture for the translation features in email, chat, and community portal within service and experience clouds.

Responsibilities
- Architecting and designing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs
- Configuring the Salesforce platform to optimize processes and workflows
- Implementing Salesforce automation processes to drive efficiency
- Providing guidance and support to development teams
- Conducting customer and project interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Previous experience working on global/multilingual salesforce implementation
- Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform
- Proven proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation processes
- Prior experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level or higher
