Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager to lead distributed Salesforce teams across multiple locations. This role will involve close collaboration with business analysts, technical project managers, and delivery managers from various regions including the US, Poland, and India. The successful candidate will need to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth cooperation between our teams and other vendors. Flexibility in working hours is essential, with some late-day availability required to accommodate global collaboration. This is a highly team-oriented role, with strong ownership, responsibility, and proactive engagement expected.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders, vendors and technical teams across multiple locations
  • Provide project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra-team communication to ensure successful program outcomes
  • Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
  • Manage the concise definition of scope across the entire program
  • Create and maintain documentation relevant to program and project management
  • Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to ensure high-quality products and features are delivered through the software project lifecycle (build, test, and release on time)
  • Manage project schedules, identify potential issues, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining a high velocity in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Salesforce technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience interacting with clients and leading project teams in an onsite-offshore engagement model
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly with Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud (highly preferred). Expertise in CRM Sales and Customer Service functionality, as well as integrations with external systems
  • Experience in software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs spanning multiple engineering teams across global locations
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and participate in understanding/reviewing code solutions using key Salesforce programming languages (Velocity, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, Rest Apis)
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
