UX/UI Designer Description

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Beirut studio.
This is a hybrid position where you’ll work closely and collaboratively with designers, strategists and consultants to produce beautifully crafted, award-winning digital products, services, content and campaigns for a broad client portfolio. We put our clients and their customers’ needs at the forefront of everything we do, so that we can truly enhance the experience and solve problems.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior designers to define and implement innovative design solutions for product direction, visuals and user experience
- Follow defined design processes, create wireframes, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including specifications, asset production and guidelines
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of design solutions
- Optimize existing user interface designs and troubleshoot UX problems
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools and engage in skill development activities
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience with a portfolio showcasing design skills
- Excellent understanding of fundamental design principles and UI/UX best practice
- Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
