Project Manager (Infrastructure) Description
We are seeking a Project Manager (Infrastructure) to join our team. The successful candidate will work with our client based in Singapore.
As Project Manager, you will lead our client in their Government Data Centre (GDC) migration project, overseeing the transition of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.

Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and changes
- Define project scope, objectives, and alignment with business outcomes
- Develop business cases and secure funding
- Lead procurement activities, including tendering and evaluation
- Develop project schedules, identify dependencies, and manage team activities
- Communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations
- Implement processes for issue and risk management
- Oversee project closure, including performance guarantees and warranty periods
- Manage application maintenance and support services, including contract management, SLM, service requests, problem and incident management, audits, security, and risk management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 9 years of experience in ICT project management, preferably in government projects
- Experience in IT infrastructure project management (systems, cloud, network, facilities, data center)
- Proven success in delivering complex IT projects
- Experience in developing and managing migration plans, coordinating with stakeholders, assessing systems, overseeing infrastructure implementation, managing data migration, testing, and ensuring compliance
- Ability to provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders
